Industrial water treatment System

CLEAR COMFORT®, based on a Green Chemistry perspective, minimizes or eliminates the use of hazardous chemicals in circuit water. On the other hand, the advanced and sustainable GEM® technology is used for wastewater treatment, which ensures greater efficiency in removing contaminants.

Coagulation - Flocculation. To dissolve the emulsions, dispersions and heavy metals with an additive using a tubular flocculator, reaction tank, electrocoagulation, dosing systems or chemical preparer.
Evaporation.Concentrate a solution using energy to dissolve the emulsions, dispersions and heavy metals with an additive using a tubular flocculator, reaction tank, electrocoagulation, dosing systems or chemical preparer.
Dissolved air flotation. Addition of dissolved air or gas to separate materials.
Incineration. Introduction of oxygen, working at very high temperatures, between 1000 and 1700 °C.
Ion exchange. Resins are used when a liquid and a solid come into contact to exchange ions, cations or anions.

As well as the treatments above, we also sell Clear Comfort, a non-toxic chemical-free water treatment that increases cycles of concentration, conserves water and enhances energy efficient refrigeration system cooling in office buildings, hospitals, power stations and other commercial facilities.
